Data for the first three months will be sent out the first week of April, along with a first quarter summary. All data will be distributed on a monthly basis thereafter. Our commitment to the real estate community...subscribers will receive their data by the 7th day after the end of the month. Q. I have had an experience previously where I paid for an annual subscription and the data stopped coming after six months. How do I know this won't happen again? DeCaro Associates has provided excellent service to Greenwich Realtors since 1996. We understand that some firms are missing important data for half of 2002. We want to start this service off with a demonstration of our commitment to the real estate community. Pricing is dependent upon use and office. For real estate firms, pricing is based on the size of the office (number of agents). Our base subscription will include all of the data you are used to receiving from similar services, and we will match competitors' 2002 prices. Remember, for the same price as other services, you also receive the right to quote from this data, photocopy it for internal company use, enter it into internal electronic databases, etc. With the exception of reproducing the document in its entirety for distribution to the public, our copyright allows for liberal use.
